[ Simon Morton ]

Founder member of the company [1999]. Simon has been in the financial services industry for 14 years and is constantly seeking to improve product design and delivery. Often this leads to clients having to "think laterally: in order to stay ahead of an ever changing market. He has relocated to New Zealand and visits South Africa four times a year. He has started a similar company in New Zealand to cater for the international market and for those SA clients who have emigrated.

[ Carol Louw ]

Carol is a director (as of 01/07/2009) as well as a founding member of the company. She has been in the insurance industry for more that 20 years. Carol is accredited with the FSB to give advice and is registered as a key person within the brokerage.

[ Tim Stegen ]

I’ve been a practising member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants for the past 2 ½ years. I have 12 ½ years experience in the accounting practice, having completing my articles in a medium sized auditing firm in the Free State. I’ve had my own practice since the beginning of 2007, mainly catering for individuals and small to medium size businesses.

[ Andrea Woodland ]

She has been with the company since 2002 and has more than 20 years experience of administrative service in the insurance industry and she is highly competent in handling client queries with regards to bank cessions, policy maintenance and investments, etc.

[ Lee-Ann Haman ]

Lee-Ann has been in the insurance industry for 6 years and we are proud that she has spent the majority of them with Pinnacle. Her main tasks include the handling of all new risk business, medical requirements and ensuring that the rest of the staff are up to date with the technical aspects of our software programmes.

[ Natasha Feldtman ]

Natasha is literally and figuratively the frontline of Pinnacle. She controls not only reception but a great deal of back office functions that help make the operations a smooth process for everybody dealing with the company. Natasha is extremely friendly and has become a valuable asset to the company.
